Thinking like a customer to improve your laundry business

Running a successful laundromat business comes with many responsibilities. Running payroll, collections, repairs and all of the things needed to run any successful business. Having a routine is a good thing, however there are always a few forgotten things while in this “routine mode”. Most owners forget to think about the smaller things that may not seem important. As a business owner your customers should be extremely important and number 1. Once a month you should go in and use your laundromat as a customer. See what it is like using your machines. You may be surprised at what you find. This will keep you aware of customer service issues.  If the customers aren’t happy your business will suffer.  It is good to think like a customer every now and again.
